Day 25: Happiness is . . .

A fall day that reminds us that the world is a beautiful place.
Bee's Lunch

Beautiful Dragonfly

Laughter in the Garden

Where Summer and Fall Meet
What a glorious day! We had three deer wander through our backyard, I mowed the lawn, and pulled some weeds. These are the glorious moments of life and of living. Happiness is always available in nature.

Day 14: Happiness is:

 A Mixed Bag.
Being a part of providing free legal resources to the residents of DeKalb County.
Seeing the setup to film an episode of Playboy Club at the DeKalb County Courthouse.
Coming home and seeing your beautiful garden. This is the first year in ten years of living in our house that my front garden has been so full and bright. Butterflies and hummingbirds visit. This evening as I was trimming the dead flowers on the butterfly bush, a hummingbird flew in for a little nectar. It was just two feet away from me drinking from the flowers. Then it looked up, saw me and buzzed by on the way to a new food source.
A few of these red flowers are in a vase in my house. Gardens are great at sharing.
 52 degrees outside.
 95 degrees in the pool.

Happiness is anywhere you want to find it. It is whatever you want it to be. Whatever you make it.
